- Show up every day, even when your brain feels like it's running 100 tabs at once
- Keep trying, even after another "where did I put my keys?" morning
- Support other moms instead of judging
- Haven't given up on finding better ways to manage life with ADHD
Whether you're reading this while hiding in the bathroom for a moment of peace, or in between wrangling kids and basting turkey - know that you're doing an amazing job.
